At MANETHELABEL, we aim to deliver your order quickly and efficiently. Below you'll find our shipping options, timeframes, and other important details regarding deliveries within the United Kingdom.

📦 Shipping Options

Standard Delivery

  • Cost: £3.99 (Free for orders over £150)

  • Delivery Time: 2–4 business days

  • Carrier: Royal Mail or equivalent tracked service

Express Delivery

  • Cost: £6.99

  • Delivery Time: 1–2 business days

  • Carrier: Royal Mail Tracked 24 / DPD / other courier services

Next-Day Delivery (Order by 2PM)

  • Cost: £9.99

  • Delivery Time: Next business day

  • Carrier: DPD Local / Royal Mail Special Delivery

  • Available Monday to Friday only.

🚚 Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2PM will be processed the next business day.

  • During busy periods (e.g. sales or holidays), dispatch may take an additional 1–2 days.

We currently ship to all residential and commercial addresses across the United Kingdom, including:

  • Scotland

  • Wales

  • Northern Ireland

  • Channel Islands & Isle of Man (some services may take longer or cost more)

If applicable:

  • Free Click & Collect from our UNIT 2, ARMLEY LINK, ARMLEY ROAD, LEEDS

  • Ready to collect within 1–2 business days

  • You’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready

❗ Delivery Issues

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time, please:

  1. Check the tracking link in your confirmation email.

  2. Contact us at manethelabel@hotmail.com with your order number.

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by external factors (e.g. weather, strikes), but we’ll always do our best to help.

🔁 Undeliverable Orders

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.

 

The Story Behind the Label

Mane the label started from a hobby designing aprons for the team in the salon which turned quickly into a full business buy popular demand. Providing practicality and fashion all in one for hairdressers in the industry! Verity over the years has taught over 150 classes, promoting the brand and building a strong reputation. From selling aprons we naturally started venturing out into ‘Bleach proof clothing’ providing staple peices and seasonal collections to wear in and out of work… with NO clothes ever ruined by hair bleach! This is a game changer in the industry & we can’t wait to see you all wearing our latest collections aiming to DROP every 2-3 months.
